Engine Problems 1/19/2014

One day last week, a strange noise started coming from the engine compartment of my vehicle while I was driving down Bell Road. I pulled in to see if Mike could take a look. He dropped everything and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service. Hats off to Surprise Car Care! Thanks more

Now that I found this shop I won't take my car to anyone else. I never have to wait long to have work done on my car. Anytime I've called to schedule maintenance they have had immediate openings and they are always quick and efficient. Staff is also personable and friendly which is hard to find these days. more

In-And-Out On Time 12/25/2013

I scheduled an oil change, but showed up late. They took my vehicle right in and completed the oil change while I waited. He entire experience only lasted 20 minutes. I was very satisfied. more

Took my wife's Honda Passport in for a new starter they checked the rest of the car noticed the plugged air filter and rusted gas filter. also a cracked belt. Did everything for less the the price of a starter at Honda more
