I received the worst customer service here. After I bought a lifetime alignment and tires I was treated like a second rate customer every time I came in for service. After making appointments I would be left waiting for hours in the lobby while other people were wisked in and out. \r
They missed a problem with the alignment that was there initially, which cost me later. Then the manager tried to tell me it was a different Firestone's fault. When they realized it was their fault, they wouldn't fix the problem completely. I guess I was treated this way because they already had my money. \r
Not a fan. I wasted my money. I wouldn't trust them with my car again. It is not the first time I've had a problem at this shop, next time I'll think twice before buying something that requires returning.
Cons: Worst service, they don't care about customers
