Firestone Complete Auto Care

This shop is to be avoided. I came in from an alignment. They took the whole day to do the job. They said that my tie rods were bent and they could not align the car. I just had the car in for major service and inspection by my trusted life time mechanic. He never mentioned this in his report just one week ago. They wanted to $350 for the repair. I said no, I will have my mechanic look at it. He reinspected the car and there was nothing wrong with the tie rods. What a waste of time and money! more

I drove my car into the Firestone parking lot at 8:45am this morning with no appointment. I needed 4 new tires because mine are worn out. They were able to get it done by 4pm the same day. Not bad without an appointment, but best to make an appointment if you want to wait while the work is being done. Service was solid. I was served quickly when I walked in - after I waited for about 30 seconds they called another person in from the garage to help me so that I didn't have to wait. The attendant was friendly and quick - and gave me an estimate in about 5 minutes. I had done some homework on the Firestone site the night before and expected lower prices on the tires than what they quoted me at the shop - but they didn't have the cheaper tires that were quoted on the site in stock. I also noticed that the estimate included a bunch of stuff that I didn't necessarily want (such as lifetime warranties and the like). They didn't explicitly call it to my attention but did remove it more

One of the busiest place I have been to...But great responsive and professional staff who knew what we were looking for and had the right advice as well as the right price for replacing the tires of my old betsy. PROS: Great staff with great tires CONS: more

I went into Firestone with a nail in my tire. All I needed to do was get a patch, and I'd be on my way. I got there at 9:45am, and got the call that my truck was done at 3:50pm. The people were friendly, just always seems to be packed! more
