I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to your Service Technician, Val for the courteous professionalism he displayed while in my home. He installed a new fan in my gas fireplace. When he first entered my home he immediately took his shoes off without me asking him, which I would have if he had not beat me to it.\r
He was very professional and pleasant. He cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess. My pilot light on the fireplace went out while he was working on the fan, and he took time to show me how to light my pilot light, and how to adjust the speed of the fan on the fireplace, and also explained how the air would circulate and flow throughout the room much better due to the installation of the fan. \r
