Husband & I had 3 cocktails, mussells for appetizer, veal oscar and the seafood platter. Dropped $110 for dinner. Mussells were not overcooked which can of course spoil it - but they were deformed! They were colossal!! Personally, smaller mussels are sweeter and these just did not seem right. Questioned the waitress ""is this local catch?"" (as if North Myrtle Beach mussels might be slightly different from what we were used to). Waitress, right away, said that the cook asked if we complained about them. Hmm... why would he say that?? Veal Oscar was bland and somehow the crab sauce just didnt seem to go well with the dish. Seafood platter was disappointing. Grouper & scallops frozen; flounder seemed fresh. Worst was the heaping mixed vegetables which were frozen. For the money, you would expect at the very least...fresh vegetables. For food - will not return. Atmosphere...very nice. View of harbour, outdoor deck, live entertainment (however, night we visited they had kareoke (sp?)). Waitress was pleasant and attentiveness was fair.
Pros: view, outdoor seating, live entertainment
Cons: overpriced for quality of food served
