Listen up! I've been a chef for about thirteen years now, and I know what good food and what good service look like. Ever since the first time I dined at the Figo on Collier road, I was blown away by how dedicated the staff is, how scrumptious the food is, and how consistent the Figo Pasta's are, no matter what location you choose to dine with. They do a really great job of making sure you feel welcome in their home, and always have smiles and warmth awaiting you. Once when I was having dinner with my husband at Figo on Collier, the owner of Figo, Sandro, came right up to our table and asked us how we were doing and if he could do anything more for us. I have to tell you, that really blew me away! This is how restaurant service should be, and for the price, it may be my new favorite place to enjoy hot, inexpensive, flavorful food. My favorite location is Collier road. Completely flawless. Well done Figo!
