I received a message from this agency for an employee of mine to please return their calls on my business cellular phone only leaving the personal name of the caller I gave the message to my employee and listened to the conversation as he called from my office. KELLY on the other end proceeded to demeen him and call him names once he told her that the number that she called was an incorrect way to reach him for personal business such as this. \r
I called to the collection number and asked to please be removed from their attempts to collect his debt and to contact him via his personal numbers or address, KELLY proceeded to tell me that he'd listed me down as an emergency contact for a hospital visit so that it entitled them to call this number collecting that debt. I explained that she was sadly mistaken and please do not call to this number again. She said I hope you don't treat your customers this way. I said no just "" low life"" isn't that the phrase that you used when speaking to Jordan, debt collectors like yourself that harass people that are not involved and businesses. I then asked what company she was calling from & she hung up. I called back & a man answered and I explained what had happened & his reply almost word for word was-the reason that we are calling you is because you were listed as a contact number on a form he filled out and when guys like him go the hospital and screw them by not paying the bill we call collecting it"" I explained that number was authorized as an emergency contact for hospital visits and so that his work would know when he's there and not to call again as it's not a means of collecting debt and I don't appreciate the euphamism being used in reference to the hospital being screwed by him and they should employ better language when speaking to others. He told me to not call back he'd do whatever he wanted because he was the manager and he'd call the police for harassment.
