I was working with a lady named Mimi Wills, who works for this company. I was referred to her by my realtor. My husband's credit score was fairly low, but she told me that getting us pre-approved wouldn't be a problem. Well, she took her sweet precious time and constantly told us that we needed to do this and that. I was asking questions and not getting any answers. I got fed up with her, so I started checking around with other mortgage brokers. I got pre-approved with another company in one day. They also offered me more money for the loan than Mimi was going to give us. So, not wanting to completely dismiss her, I called her twice, and emailed her, asking her how much of a loan she could get us. I never received a phone call or an email back. That is so unprofessional. I'm not sure if she found out that we had been talking to another broker or what. Please don't waste your time with her. I told my realtor that she is lousy, and I hope she doesn't refer to her again.
