This place was reccomended by the front desk at my hotel. To keep it short I had to ask for a new napkin because I had to get rid of one of my charbroiled oyster appetizers into my current one. The manager heard this and came by. Nothing more than ""were the others ok?"". Then it took over an hour in an empty restraunt to get my Entre. Turns out they gave it to another table, but never bothered to tell me after realizing their mistake. I had to leave as I had another engagement and was running way behind after this. I asked for them to box it up for me and I was very polite the whole time. No offer was made to try and satisfy me just a question, ""are you sure you don't want to eat it here? I get back to my room and the steak is a $16 New York strip and is about 1/2 inch thick. This place is not only over priced for the quality of food, but they don't care enough about their customers to try and make a bad experience right. Of course I left like nothing was wrong and still tipped the waiter 18%.

Cons: poor food and management
