I called Fero's on the phone to inquire if they carried a specific cut of pork. The woman I spoke to said that she did not eat pork and was unable to help me. When I started to ask her if she can order what I was looking for or if I could speak with someone else that could assist me, I was told that she really could not talk on the phone as she was really busy. If she was too busy to speak with a customer on the phone, then she would be too busy to speak with me in person, face-to-face. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS especially if this is the type of customer service that they offer. I highly recommend that people shop elsewhere!
Cons: Bad customer service. Unwilling to help over the phone.
