Ferguson Ponica has horrible customer service, by both their car salesmen and the managers. We were told by two different people that we would hear back from them shortly, and ""we'll be able to help you"". They sent us a letter and that's why we went to them... we should've taken our time and gone somewhere else. They said they would do something, and didn't follow through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...even for car salesmen. \r
