Fence Man

Very Bad!!!! \r Tom said he was going to replace one 10' gate and then a 3' small gate next to it. He replaced the 10' gate (5 weeks late), the workmanship on the hinges looked like my kid did it for the first time. \r After calling and texting him 10 more times with no response, he never started or finished the 3' gate next to it. I am having to call another company to finish his job.\r Tom doesn't answer the phone EVER. He will text back, but broke his promise to finish the job at least 6 times. more

We called and asked Tom for a quote. The price was slightly higher than others, so we asked him to match and he did. He arrived on time, did quality work, and we were so impressed with the final product that we asked him to build us a deck too. Again, same results - on time, on budget and we now have the best deck in our neighborhood. Thanks, Tom!! :-) Pros: On time, on budget, great final product more

Tom with the Fence Man was on time and very efficient when it came time for getting the estimate and quote for replacing our fence . When it came time to do the job his crew did not show up as planned , \r they quit . That in itself upset the neighbors because they had dogs they needed to find another area for \r their dogs . The crew did come out a week later to do the job . Tom did offer to replace a gate if we only \r paid for the wood slats . I have made lots of phone calls to his cell phone and office phone and he has respondes once saying HE would be out the next day 6/2/07 . Still havent seen him or recieved a phone call to let us know what to expect or not not to expect . Pros: He was on time for appt . Cons: His crew quit , job postponed for a week more
