Fed Ex Newburgh 9/10/2011

I have to agree with the previous review . Horrible service . Fed - Ex could not find my house . When trying to contact them , there is no phone number available . I had to call Atlanta several times . Atlanta passed on my phone number and a correct address , still Newburgh posted on the tracking information " can not locate address " , waiting for more information from customer " . Fed Ex Atlanta was not any better , I was told a case should have been open for me on my first call it never was . I finally got Customer Service Rep from the Atlanta office to follow up . She would not give me a phone number for the Newburgh Center but she contacted them and they did call me . After again giving them directions to my house the package was delivered 2 days later in a beat - up rental truck and a package that looked like it had been through a war . When Customer Service asks " give me your phone number and I will have them call you if the can not find your home " and then they never call , that is bad Customer Service . more

Fex Ex Newburgh Horrible Service 9/10/2011

Horrible , horrible service . They could not find my house and instead of calling my house they just kept writing on the tracking information " could not find address ' , " waiting for more information from customer " . When trying to inquire about my package I had to call an 800 number in Atlanta Georgia . I asked for the Newburgh Center's phone number several times to no avail . I finally did get a representitive from Fed Ex , Atlanta that told me after more than 6 phone calls that a case number and follow - ups should have been started on my first call . She finally did follow up to make sure I got my package . When the package did arrive it did so in a beat - up rental truck and my package looked like it had been through a war . more

Newburgh NY Fedex 11/22/2010

They deserve less than one star! The keep insisting that my house does not exist, that the address on packages is 'bad'.. and yet the postcard they use to tell me that I have packages that are undeliverable... arrives! Somehow the post office can find my house, but Fedex, who has been here in the past and we've done this dance before, can not. then on the postcard they send, they ask you to help with directions, but you can not reach this location, only Customer Service in Atlanta, GA. That is really and truly supposed to be 'Customer Service'? Really? Mo more shipping via Fedex for me, and I will certainly tell anyone I can about this as well. more
