Bad experience... The medical part was okay (although I had visions of being on an assembly line), but the business part is run very badly. First, they place insurance holds on contact lenses so that you must fill the prescription at their facilities. To remove the hold is a hassle - and waste of time. This is a very slimy practice. Second, they improperly filed my insurance, resulting in a $28 billing error. I called about this, and they assured me that the error had been ""fixed"". A few months later, I received the same bill along with a threat to collect the ""owed"" $28. After calling again, they informed me that they had no record of any of this.
