Needed my wedding sized and my gold chain repaired. Was told an hour and came back in an hour to pick them up. My ring fit perfect and looked brand new and you couldn't tell where my chain had been repaired. Price was a little high but the friendly service and wonderful work and fast service was well worth a few extra dollars. more

what a convience for thoes of us not wanting to part with our jewelery for too long. You can have your items fixed while you wait. There are sometimes when the turnaround is more than an hour, but it usually is just an hour. Prices are standard and staff are friendly. Free ring cleaning too. more

This is a great place when your short on time. hey will put in a battery or do a quick jewelry repair while you shop at the mall. If you keep your receipt they do offer a guarantee. The clerks are friendly and nice and seem to know what their doing but I don't know that I would trust them with anything of real value. more

The stone has come loose in the setting on my engagement ring and I was dreading bringing it in to be fixed because most jewelry stores have to send repairs out. I was expecting that it was going to take at least a week to get it back. I've worked in retail and have had so many paranoid customers that I was getting paranoid myself - I was thinking I was going to have to examine every minute detail to make sure I got the same stone back. Someone at one of the jewelry store recommended Fast Fix and even gave us a coupon for them. It took them about 90 minutes to get it back together again, and they were busy that day. It came back in perfect shape, cleaned and polished. If I had really felt like it I could have stood there and watched them working on it, but in the end I decided it wasn't necessary. The store is open so you can see exactly what is going on. The price was higher than what we had been quoted elsewhere, but the added expense was worth it to get my ring back the same day. more

I have had my wedding ring fixed at this store and was very happy with the service I received. They were very fast and trustworthy. When I dropped of my ring they used a gadget to show me the diamond was real and did the same when I picked it up. I was very pleased and would use them again. more
