the Fashion Societe events are great. They are extremely well run and organized, Cathy is such an incredible hostess she takes her time to introduce people and helps kick-start relationships. The guest speakers are always relevant and informative. This is always my first stop in networking! more

I am definitely not the networking meeting kind of guy. By chance i attended their networking event two weks ago. I was amazed at the format, an hour of networking then 2 short presentations by experts who actually taught me useful information! It so so good that i was a sponsor at last nights event. Even better than the first. Very upscale group of people, friendly, comfortable and interesting speakers. Cathy Berger does a great job with these events. The Chalet 2/22/2012

I was absolutely amazed by everything I saw at The Chalet,last night in Roslyn . Cathy ,you are an amazing individual ...........Everyone I met was so friendly and wanted to network with me.I enjoyed the entire evening, alot of fun too. Thanks for inviting me, look forward to going to more of Fashion Societe events. Glad I met you. Would highly recommend people coming to anything Cathy is sponsoring. more

Makeover on the Go 12/4/2011

It was so much fun! I had taken a day off to have a ""me"" day. Cathy helped me find some great deals, showed me what color suited me best, and I met some really great girls. Overall, it was an enjoyable day. I will definitely check out the other workshops they offer. more

Great concept! 10/25/2011

I attended the Body Type class a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. There was a professional certified stylist and she individually explained everyone's body type and made specific suggestions on the types of clothing that look good for your type. This was very useful for me as I've been wondering about this topic for years. Sometimes it's difficult to understand how others perceive you, which is why it's great when a professional helps you understand which parts of your body should be emphasized and which played down. I constantly see people on the street who are very beautiful but just don't dress their best. I wish they would open their mind and try a class like this. more

Polished Face Workshop 10/24/2011

The face workshop was an AMAZING event. I learned alot of new tricks and techniques on conturing and make-up applications. I received a complimentary conturing/make-up palette and was shown exactly what shades to used to obtain the fabulous face Samantha von Sperling created for me at the workshop. Prior to the workshop I realized I was using too much foundation to create a flawless look but now my makeup will last forever due to the new techniques I learned. Thanks a bunch! more

Classes are great, and really informative 10/1/2009

I started by signing up for one of the classes that Fashion Societe was giving, and wound up a regular client. I really enjoy learning more about fashion, health, nutrition, and fitness more than ever. The classes are filled with fun and friendly people. I have already made new friends to share shopping sprees, and fun times with. A great place to network with good people, and learn without feeling uncomfortable. Pros: Cathy is a pro! more

It?s about time!!! How many magazines did I read before I realize they can?t make the impact of a workshop. These guys know what they're doing. Fun and informative and never stuffy. The settings are very cool and the class topics are great. Amazing way to get your look together. more

There are great new outfits in my closet that Cathy put toge 9/28/2009

My appointment with Cathy was for for Closet Editing and she examined everything I collect and treasure. It took awhile but was one of the best things for my wardrobe. I feel like I have so much to wear now even though I didn't buy anything new! I can easily see other combinations of things I already have because of how she taught me to analyze my items. Truthfully I am worried that some of the pieces she discarded will be missed, but they were really old and this will give me the justification to replace them when I am ready! Pros: Saved me from spending money - and very productive Cons: I had to wait 2 weeks for her to come back from vacation more
