The worst customer service and purchasing experience I have ever had! I purchased a large order of over $4000 worth of furniture on May 2nd 2007. For the exception of a couple of chairs my order was in stock and was told that the chairs would be in later in May. It is now July 16th and I am still awaiting my chairs.
I have called the store numerous times over the past two and a half months getting updates on my order. Have had 4 separate phone conversations where the person said they would check and call me back in 10 minutes, and there was no call back, even when I was talking to management. All of the other calls have concluded with, "well not sure about your order, sorry. Try calling back next week to see if they are in." Just found out today that the shipment came in last week but they gave all the chairs out to the wrong people who's orders were after ours.
I can deal with late orders as long as I am informed and problems are corrected. I will never purchase from this store again based solely on the nightmare of customer service.
