Absolutely unprofessional staff. They'll make you wait for your appointment for week and the day when you're suppose to sit for your 5hour session, they will tell you your appointment never existed in their 'non-existent calendar'. They'll overcharge you with an unbelievable fee. They actually should be reported to DMV immediately. more
