SO much better than Chuck E. Cheese's 4/1/2006

After going to CEC's many times, we tried Bullwinkle's recently. WHAT A difference! There was so much more for my daughter to do and keep her happy. She quickly grew tired of being at CEC, but not so at Bullwinkles. The food was SO much better than CEC and we geniunely enjoyed our family outing to Bullwinkles. As a word of advice, BRING Cash! The only way to get tokens is to have cash. Otherwise you'll be stuck paying $1.75 to use the cash machine. more

Family Fun Center - Renton, WA 3/20/2006

This place can be busy and loud but my family enjoys it. They have a big climbing structure for the smaller kids (I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old that both enjoy it). I find that my 2 year old can easily climb up into it whereas at other similar places (Illusionz, McDonalds) she might have some trouble. There are lots of games to interest even the small kids and I personally like the bulldozer-type games with the tokens. You can earn tickets to trade in for prizes. There seems to be plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable. more

OK 12/24/2005

This place has a huge variety of arcade games inside, and offers a decently big go-carting track. I think its a little spendy. There are other things like batting cages and a good facility for a birthday party. However, the area is a little unsafe in my opinion. I would suggest a little more security because I see a lot of loitering kids and thugs around. Not so safe looking. more

Fun place in general 12/8/2005

The arcade portion at the Family Fun Center is very large, with at least two copies of the most popular videogames. There is a Go-Kart track, pricy as it may be, along with batting cages. It always seems like trouble could be started so easily around the doors, and they should really up their security presence as many people often feel unsafe, especially near closing time. Everytime I go, it seems that a fight had recently occurred or will break out soon. more

Great Fun! 12/8/2005

A great place to throw a birthday party for the little ones. This place has everything from video games to a batting cage. Prices at these places are always expensive of course, but they are great fun. One of the best features of the facility are the go-karts. They are pretty decent, but not as fast as the CHAMPS go-karts. The tracks are great, and sometimes the combine the tracks if it's not busy so you get a pretty long course. It's about $1 for minute on those things, a lot more expensive than gas itself. Give the place a try, I'm sure you'll like it. more

Fun for the whole family 10/22/2005

I love Bullwinkles. It's a perfect place to take your kids if there's nothing else that they can find to do. There is a go-cart track, tons of arcade games, skee-ball, etc. There is a food court and a restaurant. I've never eaten at the restaurant but I hear that it is basically run-of-the-mill family food with tons of chicken fingers and hamburgers, etc. Also: laser tag, batting cages, and virtual roller coaster. Found it is best to avoid this place on holidays and weekends unless you want to be overrun with the 12 and under crowd. Go during the day on a weekday and you'll practically have the whole place for yourself. Fun entertainment. Attractions can be expensive, depending on what it is. Most range around $5 per person per attraction. more

Fun but Overpriced 10/5/2005

The kids (and adults too) will have a fun day here but it is EXPENSIVE. Value packs are available for purchase which makes it a bit more reasonable, however some attractions are excluded. The rides for smaller children are a separate purchase when you really should be able to purchase these rides from your value pack. It's worth sitting in the restaurant to watch the Bullwinkle show. I wouldn't recommend buying much there since it is not that good for the price. more

A very fun place! 9/16/2005

When I visited this place, I was very impressed with how clean it was, and how professional all the events were run. This place is definitely larger than Funtasia in Edmonds, however it is more expensive and generally more busy so you may need to wait longer for attractions. The park is also bigger, which allows them to have more space, indoor and outdoor, to put attractions. more

Good for adults and kids 8/24/2005

This place when it first opened was a total teen hang out spot. It still kind of is but there are more families going here for birthdays and parties. They have a wide selection of interactive games, regular arcade games, as well as out door games like mini-golf, Go-Karts, etc. This place is a nice place to go for a lazy and cheap night out. more

Fun place but a little overpriced 8/20/2005

This place certainly has a lot to do, but it is a little overpriced. You would need to spend a lot to do all of the activities. We enjoyed go-cart racing, the batting cage and best of all Ms. Pacman! I would like to see a better miniature golf course and more indoor stuff for adult children. As places like this are limited in the Seattle area, I suppose it is worth going. more

Awesome fun and food for the family! 8/18/2005

this place is really the only one of its kind in the area. Bulwinkle's has batting cages, go karts, arcade games and everything else you could possibly want for any occasion (except maybe a wedding) We had company come in from out of state and they absolutly /loved/ it. There is a wide variety of activites to keep families busy. Their kids were not bored, but their teenage son had a blast on the go karts. They also serve food, for those inclined, and i would highly recommend it more

A great place to take the kids 8/17/2005

Family Fun Center is a just that, a nice place to take the family for fun. It offers great games inside and fun outdoor attractions including go-karts, miniature golf and bumper boats. The center is clean and well maintained with a good staff. My nephew's birthday party was held here several years ago, and it was truly a great place to have such a party. Whether your a kid, or just a kid at heart, you'll have a fun time here. more

A lot of fun for the whole Family 8/1/2005

We really enjoy going to the Family Fun Center. They offer a huge variety of games and activities for kids of all ages. It is very easy even for a young child to get enough tickets to pick a prize. I can only recommend the family fun center. The food is expensive but tastes really good. It does get very crowded on weekends and it's very easy to be tempted to spend a good amount of money there. They do BIrthday Party's there too. more

Not for those on a budget 6/16/2005

This place is way overpriced. Especially in the restaurant and the food isn't all that great. The video games often eat your tokens and there are many that don't even work. Though, I will say that my 12 year-old loves all the video games they have available to play. They do have a really fun play area for the younger kids but again, it costs a lot of $ for your kids to play there. You might as well go to your local McDonald's if that's all they want to do. They also have go-carts, mini-golf, laser tag, a maze and some other fun things with a price tag. You will find the place to be very noisy and crowded most days. And there really is no other place to sit but in the cafe area, the restaurant or the play area (limited). I often find myself standing around due to the lack of seating for parents. more
