I was referred to Family Dental by my daughter's regular Dentist. She needed braces and he didn't do them. Family Dental treats people like they are on an assembly line. You're put in a chair along side about six other people and the dental techs and/or dentist starts on one ends and wheels themselves down the row.
I DO NOT like this practice at all! What happened to privacy? Hippa and all that??
The dentist and/or techs never speak to, or spend any time, talking to, or getting to know the patient. They do, however, carry on loud, long, drawn out conversations amongs themselves.
You are very clearly ONLY a job to these people.
