Mathew made our buying experiance so much fun it didnt even feel like we were buying a car! We have been to several dealers and none compair to the experiance we had at Preferred Chrysler starting with mathew and ending with the finance guy. We will be back to see mathew again soon for our other car!!! more

I wanted to thank you so much for your help last week in obtaining alternate transportation when my van was in need of repair and Enterprise had no cars available for me to rent. Also thank you expediting the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. It was just impossible for me to wait two weeks before we could schedule it for repair (especially, not knowing whether it was a warranty covered item). I was able to make it to my son’s last minor league game in the 3rd inning [incidentally his team won]! Thank you for going the extra mile for me! more

Fantastic Car Buying Experience! ...I walked on the lot and was met by Mo. He was very courteous and efficient. Then met with Brad who helped me crunch some numbers on my Corolla. It was a breeze and the entire staff was delightful. My boyfriend was absolutely shocked at how welcoming the environment was! Jason was great to work with. he was personable and friendly through the entire experience, and i truly felt he was working to get the best deal not just for the dealership, but for myself and my interests as well. I went in not expecting to purchase at that point in time, and he continued to work with me until we were able to make something happen, and i got what i felt was a great deal for my vehicle. I came into just get an oil change and came across a real affordable Grand Cherokee I’ve wanted for a while so I decided to trade in my Durango and they took care of it for me like it was no problem all I had to do was sign some paperwork and I was off in a new car, I would definitely come back just for the good service more

Preferred Chrysler is pretty much the cat’s meow. This place is clean and the people are friendly, they get really busy on the weekends but the salesman did a great job keeping up with his customers. Heeven remembered everything I requested and found the perfect Used car for us with all the features that I needed. I mentioned I have cash to pay for this, since mycredit has been ruined, and everything cost a total of PRICE! I definitely recommend Preferred Chrysler, they were fast, professional, and friendly! We've had work done several times at Family Auto Center. They get you in and out fairly quickly. Prices for repairs were estimated at double for parts and labor at Family Auto, so I got work done elsewhere. more

I would never return to Family Auto Center. I called Family Auto Center to have a tether anchor put into my Dodge Caravan and the staff was very uninformed about what a tether anchor even was. I ended up looking up the part number myself and calling them back to have them order me the parts. Once the parts came in, they wanted to charge me big $$ for them and then some more big $$ to have them installed. This is supposed to be a free service. I finally had to end up calling Dodge myself and had them call Family Auto Center to get things done for free. They then refused to put more than one anchor in my vehicle after they had been told by Dodge that they could do up to three. After a lot of headaches, I ended up getting my tether installed elsewhere. The people at Family Auto Center are rude and not very informed or helpful. more
