I have to be honest, I've never had worse service in my life than at this Insurance company. We called to set up an appointment, and he was told to come in whenever he would like, and when he showed up, he was told that no one could help him and he'd have to wait an hour for service. My husband has given these ditzy office girls two different sets of credit card information for payments to be made on TWO separate occasions, and in both occasions these payments were never made resulting in our policy to be canceled. We were never contacted about our payments not being made, and on top of that, we got our warning notice that we owed money on the last policy, and he called the office a total of 7 times trying to get someone to look into it. They said they would look into it and that his policy wouldn't be canceled, and then they called him back a week later to tell him his policy was canceled. They have done nothing but be rude and ridiculous and provide bad service, and I hope that you would save yourself a lot of aggravation and avoid Fountain Insurance in Savannah, Georgia at ALL COSTS.
Cons: This place had no highlights, seriously. They were terrible.
