Since the first time I dealt with the guys at Fastsigns, it's been a blast working with them. When I say with, I mean with. I spit out ideas and they produce it. I want something changed? That's easy. We do everything over email, which works well when I'm always on the go.\r The rep I specifically deal with is awesome. Makes sure I'm happy with the work they've done, and is always following up to make sure I received my online proofs. \r \r Last week I had them do an estimate for me and they personalized it and worked WITH me to ensure all of the details were clear. I asked for a good 5 or 6 things to be done (ranging from signs to flags, to banners) and I've been contacted daily (if not multiple times a day) to be kept in the loop of the progress that is being made on my order. \r \r They're creative! I had an idea that they threw on paper for me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. For a great price, that banner is now hanging at the entrance. \r \r Perhaps the poor review on this page is due to a communication error, and perhaps the customers wishes weren't explicit. So long as you ask, you'll get what you want! more

I needed a menu I told them our grand opening date. They had me pick a sign from their website. I did I even sent measurements for the sign. I ordered a horizontal board with 3 compartments. On the right & left would be menu items and a center area was to contain our logo. I get the the proof by email late and totally wrong they crammed our entire menu into one tiny verticle narrow board. Repeated promises to be called by the mgr never happened. I asked for a refund and they declined. Saying ti would go to design fees! It wasn't remotely close to what I ordered! I sent them pictures all they had to do was copy my layout to the sign I chose. They reshaped and distorted our logo, I am sorry that is nuts! I had to call the corporate offices in TX to get a refund. The owner yelled at me and said I did not respect his business. Quite the contrary he did not respect mine. If you want people to turn your company logo into something that looks reflected in a fun house mirror then go to fastsigns. We have a perfect square logo and they made it skinny with an arched top. The whole experience left us with no menu for customers to order from and we had to cancel our grand opening! Cons: poor service, unprofessional, SLOW more
