F & S Transportation INC

Horrified by F & S's driver who told my little girl that her singing was annoying and that she wishes that schools still had paddles because some children ""deserve to have their asses whipped"". Complained to the company who verified the complaint but did not terminate the driver. Disgusted. I would have given it no stars if I could have. more

As a parent whose child is transported by F&S, I can clearly see that F&S does not communicate effectively with its drivers, the schools, nor the parents. They overextend their drivers so that sometimes they are unable to pick up students at their scheduled times. Every time (not kidding here-- EVERY time) my child has been ill, and I've contacted F&S to cancel bus service for the day, the morning bus driver still shows up at our house. From the teachers, I've learned that the drivers who pick up from the school are completely unaware that my child wasn't in school. What a waste of time, energy, and fuel. It turns out the best way to contact the drivers is to call them on their *personal* cell phones. If you start off the school year receiving a letter that your child will be transported by F&S, I'd call the school immediately and request a different bus service. Just to clarify, my child is enrolled with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit (LIU), and bus service comes directly to our house to pick up my child rather than my child going to a bus stop. I'd give F&S a zero rating if I could, but if anything, this one star should go to the drivers because they are the only redeeming quality. Nothing but good experience with the drivers themselves. more

I would just like to say how gracious i am to kim and the staff at F & S. My family recently rented 2 vans that were absolutely gorgeous and comfy, they were so clean and ran great, i also want to add that they really worked with us on short notice. When somthing arose that kept us from going on the scheduled weekend no questions asked the reservation was rescheduled without a hitch. A big thanks again for a great and comfy ride the kids had a blast. more

This is a great company to work for. They have always strived to treat their employees with respect. Management even lets us as drivers no, what a great job that is being done. I appreciate a company such as this one, and would recomend any persons looking for a respectful company to work for , apply more

I called in with an issue and the person who took my call was very polite and understanding. She even followed up with me to let me know that she took care of the situation! more

The managment staff is so caring. The drivers are professionals at what they do. I know it's not easy at times but they all do a great job. Great Customer Service! more

They cheat workers out of pay by not paying them for extra routes, ALTERING THEIR TIME CARDS, and lying. They are even ruder to the employees than they are to their customers. If you want to be paid below or barely minimum wage, be unappreciated or can't get a job somewhere else, than this is the place for you. You are guaranteed to be unappreciated and get burned more than you ever thought legally possible. It is the WORST run company I have ever seen and I will rejoice the day they close there doors. i am not impressed with the way they conduct themselves with the school bus service. they are very rude. the bus is either very late or very early, no one seems to know what to do or where to stop, they have missed my childs bus stop on a number of occasions where i had to chase the bus down just to put my kids on it, when you call in to report it they do nothing about it. i would think with having the responsibility of taking care of so many kids they would be more cautious and understanding but i guess it's all for the money and not the kids safety. The drivers I had for my grandson to go to school was very good with kids an olite to me an kept me informed about his behavior on the van .I hope he has the same driver this year more

Terrible business. Try your best to find other means of transportation. Drivers are always late and customer service is rude. more
