Nothing was more important to me than the pictures. My family is together every chance we get and we LOVE to take pictures, especially a picture of everybody together. I wanted a picture with my husband :D, my parents, their spouses, my siblings and cousins. I had never had a picture of all four of my parents together being amicable, and when we gathered together, we had done it so many times that we gelled together seamlessly, everybody finding their place. I am so appreciative that Stefanie and Erik let the whole thing come together organically, so that nobody seemed stiff or too aware of the camera. When I look at it now, it reminds me of the pictures of the family that we took when my grandparents came to visit, and that picture feels like my first contribution to the family legacy. I've never felt closer to them. I owe this in part to you guys!
