AVOID EYE CARE ASSOCIATES at Brier Creek (unless you want to be treated like a child and ripped off). These reviews accurately depict what I experienced. After a very quick eye exam, the doctor (Wittington) tried to sell me EyeCare Associates' (overpriced) contacts and a pair of glasses I didn't need. When I chose not to purchase these from them (just wanting the prescription to order online), she became extremely dismissive. Then (to really annoy her) I presented her a coupon I had for a free pair of contacts, to which she replied the trial pair would "technically" count as my free pair. A couple of days later, when one of those "trial" contacts broke off in my eye, I went in to have them retrieve the piece still in my eye. Before they would even see me, they tried to charge my insurance co. again (and never did successfully remove the contact piece from my eye). Amazing! Do yourself a favor and avoid Eye Care Associates. No one needs that kind of stress.
