I feel like I need to right two separate reviews on this place. First, the front desk staff is terrible. My fiance and I had two appointments, one at 12:40 and the other at 1:20. We arrived at 12:30 since we were first time patients. Amy is probably the rudest person I have met in my life. We had a 30 minute conversation where she tried to convince me that I didn't have insurance because she could not locate it the day before. (Not only did I not get a phone call, but she refused to contact the insurance company for me while I was there) I called VSP and had an authorization number for them in 5 minutes. Once insurance was sorted out, it was 1:20, which she then decided to harass me and tell me that I cannot see the doctor that I was supposed to see because ""I was late"" Which was not true. Well, one full hour later, I got to see the doctor; who was great. I have many positive words for him, but somehow, the experience with his staff makes it hard to praise the company. The rest of the staff was nice. Many of them even apologetic for Amy's behavior towards me. One of the other doctors even told me that ""sometimes she has a bad attitude."" They assisted me in picking frames and checking out. It is unfortunate that I had to catch a day of her attitude. If my fiance hadn't already gone back, I would have left and gone elsewhere. It is a shame when you have a business that has potential to be incredible... but one employee can ruin it. I have no idea if I will go back next year for my annual check-up. I guess that depends on who they have on staff at that time.
