Eye Site of Pasco

This is the worst eyecare office around. The trinity office won't even reorder your contact lenses at the front desk, they give the message to the Contact Lens person who you can't speak to because they're always with a PATIENT, so you wait for a day for the only contact lens rep to order them, even though your info is in the system. I waited all day also to find out if they would REFILL my Eye Prescription which I desperately needed for an infection. Again the person answering the phone could not give me that info after calling numerous times. DON'T EVER GO HERE!! more

Dr. Knauf is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him. That being said, I cannot recommend Eye Site of Pasco for eye exams, glasses or contacts. I did not have a good experience. I was over charged and had major hassles trying to get a refund. I also requested an itemized bill several times, which I never received, and have finally given up on ever receiving. I was extremely unhappy with their service and will never use them again. If you are determined to use them, I highly recommend you ask their prices beforehand as they are very vague on this topic, and never even apologized for overcharging me. Unless you are having eye surgery, I would suggest you go elsewhere. more

I've had a very difficult time in scheduling appts with their offices both in Trinity and on Belcher Rd in Clearwater. The drs only work very limited hours, a few days a week and when you need to schedule 2 different procedures, it's nearly impossible to get it. I finally gave up. more

I visited this office recently for an routine eye exam and waited for nearly two hours before being seen. The doctor I saw was more interested in telling me about his new office being built than doing the exam. I had asked if they did surgery for eyelids and he said they did not have time for "cosmetic work" anymore. They were too important for that. I called the following week to see a doctor since I had broken bloodvessels in the eye and thought I needed to see someone right away. They were more concerned whether or not my insurance would cover than getting me in. There is only a doctor there part time so I finally went to my primary care physician who handled the problem promptly. They tried to sell me a bill of goods. BiFocals with frames for over $600.00. I will never go back there. I guess the patients are paying for his new building. more

I visited this office for a problem that I was having with vision in one eye. The opthamologist that saw me could not figure out what my problem was and told me to call him if the problem did not go away after a week. It didn't go away and I ended up seeing a different doctor who figured out the problem immediately. I have been going to the other doctor ever since. more
