Eye Health Northwest

I have been under the care of Eye Health Northwest for 13 years while wearing glasses and then as a patient of laser eye surgery. Sometimes the wait can be long but these doctors are the best at what they do. My laser surgery in particular was a wonderful experience, I was nervous and my doctor had a very comforting demeanor and made sure I was informed about every step of the process and what to expect. After care was wonderful too as I did need to call in between visits regarding concerns. I have never had trouble communicating with this office and scheduling has always been a breeze, they do book up quickly though so you have to plan ahead. PROS: easy to work with staff, knowledgeable and helpful doctors and nurses CONS: none more

I've been trying for nearly a month to make an appointment. Since I am traveling from a foreign country, it required some special scheduling. The office is simply incapable of dealing with this problem. Promises to call, promise to send emails which never arrive (after several weeks of poor telephone service) but I am giving up. If a doctor can't run an office, I don't think I want him operating on my eyes. PROS: Resumes of doctors at this clinic are impressive!! CONS: Even the best doctor needs an efficient office to deal with patients. more

Our family has seen Dr.s Aaby, David and Cook at the Hoyt St Clinic. They have all been very efficient and professional. Although I have never had eye surgery, other family members have and they have had good experiences. I would not hesitate to use any of these doctors for any eye problem. more
