So, Mark Graham was my interface with the company, and he was extremely prompt. He figured out I wanted my communications by email, and he communicated by email. It worked perfectly for me. He was always available by the telephone, and he got things right the first time. He took care of all the details and told me what to expect.
The work totally met my expectations. I was very happy. I am very busy, but I was vary happy with the well-planned, high-quality experience. The work was done when they said, it took long as they said, and it was for the price they said. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up. What's not to like?
The longest it ever took Mark to answer one of my emails was 15 minutes. He was exemplary in my opinion. I can't imagine every employee there is like him, but he was my rep, and he was excellent, almost over the top.
