I arrived to locked doors at 4:30pm on a Friday. I'd made an appointment just the day before, so naturally I was a litle confused. I called them from my cell phone, only to hear ""sorry, our piercer is sick today, call back tomorrow"". Okay, that's fine, people get sick. But they didn't have the courtesy to call me with this information. Considering I live 30 minutes away, I would have appreciated the heads up. So...I call on Saturday only to hear ""sorry, our piercer is booked up today with tattoos"". At least they apologized, I guess I should be happy with that right??? Wrong... Needless to say, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I won't be calling on their services again.
