Just stopped by to see what it would cost to have some headers and a high flow cat put on. Owner looked at my engine and stated I already had headers and a cat. I DO NOT HAVE HEAD...

Hmmm.... 9/24/2009

Just stopped by to see what it would cost to have some headers and a high flow cat put on. Owner looked at my engine and stated I already had headers and a cat. I DO NOT HAVE HEADERS! I tried to explain the difference between long tube headers and a high flow cat however he would not listen . He went on to explain that headers would be too difficult (with my engine) for him to put on. He would however connect the cats to my exhaust for three to four hundred dollars. Now mind you this is probably at most 45min of work. He stated it would take him about four hours. I will more than likely just end up doing this all by myself in my own garage without a lift in under three hours. Just didn't really have the time right now. To top it all off as I was leaving he proceeded to get into a domestic dispute with his wife/girlfriend and as I left I could hear the yelling for the next few blocks. Great exhaust job. 3/10/2009

I brought my car in to exhaust pros and they did a steller job on a custom exhaust for me. It was nice because they dont just do exhaust work but whatever mechanical work you need done to your car. They also gave my car a tuneup and flushed the radiator. The work was great and the mechanics we're very friendly and personable. As for the manager Moh he spoke perfect english when i interacted with him. Of course i didnt write a bad check. And who cares if he hadnt spoken english if the work was good. The guy that wrote that comment sounds pretty rascist. Pros: Great work. more

Poor customer service 2/4/2009

I just called these guys to set up an appointment. The guy working was very pushy, not letting me talk, and wouldn't let me make an appt. Kept pushing me to bring it in ""right now"". I just got a bad vibe from these guys... more

RUDE 7/20/2008

Here is my recent experience,I had a bank error and my check was returned, the manager Moe, left me a threatening message on my phone telling me he was going to kick my a__ calling me a mother f_____ and some other very threatening/unprofessional things. I will never again refer anyone to that place again. They also gave me a time/date that my truck would be done and it did not get done till 2 days later. it was not my intention to give them a bad check, but with the treatment I received, I'm glad I did, I did pay for my service a few days later, saved the threatening message and am looking to turn them in to the better business beaureau, and get that worthless Non Enlish speaking manager Moe out of there Pros: guy doing the work was great Cons: management is rude, lies and does not speak english more

Shopper beware! 3/8/2006

Long story short. I made an appointment, they were late by 2 hours and made no excuse other than they were running late. Found out that he had to pick up a part. Did average work which was expensive to me. After being 2 hours late, offered no discount or any compensation. Def not recommend them to anyone. Pros: ok work. Cons: expensive, poor service, no compensation more
