We opened our store July 1, 1998, with the dream of providing quality service and products at reasonable prices. My oldest son (Chris) came to me with the plan of opening an automotive shop together. He had several years experience in the automotive industry and I knew that good management would be the key to a successful business. I also knew I could never find another person to compete with Chris ability to serve and keep customers happy. Then the thought occurred to me that there really was a genuine need in the automotive industry, for a place where people could go and get their vehicles serviced without having to worry about being overcharged, or told they need services that were not absolutely necessary. I knew that if we could provide that kind of atmosphere of trust... we would do well. Right about that time I stumbled across an article in the paper advertising the Exhaust Pros franchise-name. Right away the Exhaust Pros philosophy of "only what you need... at a price guaranteed" made sense to me, and seemed to fit with my intended business philosophy. Everything seemed to be coming together like it was meant-to-be, so I started looking into acquiring land and Chris got to work on the shop layout.Now, several years later, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, friendliness, and honesty -above all else, and that is what has brought our customers consistently back to us -time after time year after year.
