I have recently gotten a phone call from Executive Financial Consultant about my son's medical bill which I have been working with the hospital for a relief request. The representative was very helpful in assuring me that as long as I make arrangement with her, this will not be reported to my credit report. I simply ask for a letter of conformation but a manager came on the phone and started chuckling/laughing and said ""you haven't paid your account for a couple of months... don't waste my time. I had asked if the conversation was recorded or if there is a phone # i can file a complaint to, she said NO and once again told me I was wasting time.
I told her I was going to look into this matter with my attorney, she said ""how about this, I will shred this arrangement you made with previous rep and if you don't pay it by the end of the month, I will report you the credit bureau."" She stated she was not going to honor my previous arrangement because of my request.
** Sorry about the long review but I felt the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful... Funny because the original representative I was working with was much more HELPFUL. I will be filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and I hope she does not treat other clients this way. For any business who is working with this company, you may want to reconsider who you are working with as they may turn your clients/customers away with their unprofessional-ism.
