The staff are nice as well as the doctors. They practice to the best AAHA standards. Overall though they are overpriced, and pretentious, they pride themselves on having the most expensive medical equipment. Unfortunately good vet care is not just about good equipment and AAHA standards. It is about good costumer service, compassion and client education. They don't tailor the care to each patient and client, it is one fits all so they can get more money. When your pet is on monthly heartworm, and flea and ticks meds the routine fecal is not necessary and not all cats and dogs need all vaccines. They are not big on client education or true compassion. Chronic Diarrhea is not truly treated here and they don't concern themselves if allergy testing. And to future employees they will hire some tech, tell them it is a full time long term position, but their intention is to only temporally keep them to cover a long-term employee's maternity leave. Then let you go with no notice, explaining they hired to soon and can't afford the extra tech.
