The Speech & Hearing Clinic was recommended for my son for at the advice of his physician. The office was very thorough in sending pre-appointment paperwork. They allowed plenty of time to answer the extensive questionnaires.
At the appointments, we found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The physicians and technicians directed their questions to my son at his level of understanding. They explained the testing involved and the results and were sure to answer all of our questions.
The insurance department/billing area has some problems though. It usually takes 2-3 messages before I get a return call. And there have been a few problems with the different staff- not all are on our plan, but they didn't tell us that first. Be sure to check it out completely first.
