European Bridal was truly amazing to work with. After a long running through the Bridal District, I was almost ready to call it a day. One of my girlfriend got me to pop into European Bridal. I tried on one dress and fell in love. I ordered that dress. The following day, I had buyers remorse! I was so emotional and feeling like I had made the wrong choice! A horrible feeling!\r \r I called European Bridal and spoke with Joann. She was completely understanding and very very sweet to me. I went in to the boutique that night to have a consultation with her. She spent 3 hours with me and stayed an hour after closing time! A very patient woman! In the end I did decide on a different dress than I started with! \r \r I am so thankful to Joann and the staff at European Bridal for their patience, kindness, understanding and genuine concern for my peace of mind. more

European Bridal was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone on the hunt for their wedding gown. Mary and JoAnn went above and beyond to ensure that I not only found my perfect dress but enjoyed the process. I popped in to try on the dress 3 or 4 times to ease my mind before making a decision and each and every time they were a delight to work with - you would have thought they'd get annoyed with me at some point! This shop has an incredible staff that knows what they're doing and truly enjoy working with brides to be - you can simply tell by the atmosphere and encouraging comments. I had such a great experience at European Bridal. I had an appointment on a Saturday at 2:30; I arrived early at 1:15 and Mary Aylward Lyon approached my mother and I the instant I walked in. Even though I was super early, she began working with me to figure out/narrow down what I was looking for. She was so nice; not pushy/annoying like a lot of consultants can be. She was so easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I had to try things on for her just to appease her; it was all about me and what I wanted and liked. I found my wedding dress that day and couldn't have been happier to find it at European Bridal. I was thrilled to have purchased it from Mary and I am so excited for my dress to come in. I was referred to European Bridal by my cousin who found her wedding dress at this boutique a couple years ago. I had browsed at a couple of other shops prior to coming to the Reading Bridal District for a day of wedding dress shopping on Valentine's Day. I had one particularly disappointing experience at another bridal shop in the district, during which my consultant was far from helpful and hardly said ten words to me in the two hours that I was there. My experience at European Bridal was the complete opposite of this! From the minute I walked in to the boutique, my guests and I felt extremely welcomed. JoAnn was so incredibly warm and friendly throughout the entire appointment. I felt like she really took the time to listen to my vision of what I was looking for in my wedding dress, and she made me feel comfortable and beautiful as I tried on each dress. I could certainly tell she loves her job and helping brides feel special. I hadn't made a decision at my first visit, but she welcomed me to come back later if I wanted to try my favorite dress on again. I returned to the shop three days later to try on the dress that I couldn't stop thinking about, and I said yes! Both the customer service and the quality of the dresses at European Bridal are unparalleled. European Bridal was the first place I visited when I started looking for a dress. I went in not knowing that appointments are preferred, and while no one was available for me to try anything on that afternoon, Erin was kind enough to talk to me and walk around the store with me to try to get an idea of what I was looking for. I made an appointment to go back to try on dresses with her later that week. The dresses she pulled were exactly what I was looking for. I was honestly kind of surprised how well she got it after our brief conversations. She also pulled some that I never would have considered had I been on my own because I didn't think they'd work on me, and I'm so glad she did. I never would have found a dress I love as much as the one I purchased from European Bridal had she not assured me that yes, I could wear that shape. She knew what I wanted and what would work on my body better than I did myself. \r \r Everyone else who works at European Bridal is very friendly and helpful as well. I went back to try on the dress again just to be sure, and JoAnn helped me because Erin wasn't there. Both Erin and JoAnn made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, which was especially wonderful because I was feeling very self-conscious about my body at that time, and it was obvious that their number one concern was making sure that I was happy.\r \r I went to a few other bridal salons after my experience at European Bridal, and absolutely nothing compared. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more, and I recommend it up and down to anyone looking for a dress. more

\r \r I began looking for a wedding dress in February. For several months, I found bridal gowns almost what I wanted but just not quite right. So the end of March, my mother and I drove over 100 miles to European Bridal. The quality and variety were amazing. My consultant worked endlessly to make sure I found the perfect dress. When it came down to a choice between two dresses, even the owner was there for advice. They used a technique based on rapid switch and it allowed me to make the perfect choice. \r \r We returned the end of September to pick a veil and sash. I had a different consultant, but she was just as helpful. The end of the year, I will be returning for my final visit to get my ve il and sash. I had been to a few bridal places and European Bridal was by far the best experience I had out of all the places we visited. The staff was more than accomodating and extremely easy to work with. Shirly Bonekemper was my consultant and she was amazing!!! Nothing but good and positive comments about this place. I found the dress of my dreams and I can't thank them enough. It was a stressful experience going to look for a dress, but the staff at European Bridal made it an unforgetable and fun experience. Going wedding dress shopping was a little over whelming to say the least, all the stores that I had gone to just told me to go pick out what I liked, well I felt more lost since I knew absolutely zero about wedding dresses. I had never tried any on before and when I was looking through all of the dresses each store had to offer I just felt overwhelmed. That was until I wondered into European Bridal, the experience that I had here was like no other. I was greeted by such nice women who asked me questions about myself, then their amazing manager JoAnn began to pick out dresses that would fit me best. I am on the short side so my biggest fear was that I would find I dress I loved but then they would have to take so much off that it would lose too much of the look I liked. Well I had absolutely nothing to worry about with JoAnn, she picked out amazing dresses all in my price range. I loved all of the dresses that she picked out and then she brought one out that when I put it on, and was speechless, I knew it was the one! She knew exactly what would go best with my frame and height. I would highly recommend European Bridal to everyone! While I was there at one point I began to have a headache and the ladies there gave me some water and medicine, they truly treated me like family. The service you get there is more personal than you would get anywhere else. more

I had a great experience working with JoAnn at European Bridal! I went there on my first day wedding dress shopping, and was 99.9% sure that I found ""the dress"", but I hadn't planned on purchasing that weekend so I decided to keep browsing around. I went across the street to Bridal and Formal and was immediately overwhelmed with dresses that I just kept comparing to the one I loved at European Bridal. I called to schedule a 2nd appointment and European Bridal was nice enough to fit me in for a quicker appointment between JoAnn's normal time slots since I was just trying on one dress. JoAnn was extremely patient and understanding as my friend and future mother-in-law took a ton of photos of me in my wedding dress, as my mom and sisters weren't able to make the trip back down to Cincinnati two weekends in a row to return to the store with me. I really appreciated JoAnn's kindness, patience, and help throughout the process! more

I arrived at the Reading bridal district early for an appointment across the street and popped in to European Bridal to take a look while I waited for my Bridal & Formal appointment. It didn't take long to realize I could cancel my B&F appointment as the style at European Bridal is just what I wanted - simple, elegant and timeless. I honestly was torn between three dresses as there were countless gowns I loved. The staff was very attentive and I quickly found ""the one."" I can't wait to go pick it up later today and wear it for my October wedding! more

I drove 3 hours from Louisville to go to the bridal district. I went to the shop across the street where they tried to strap size 2 dresses to my frame and force me to purchase a dress that was ""couture"" at an elaborate price. About to abandon my search and just wear jeans to the wedding, I went into European Bridal. The ladies were so very nice and made me feel so comfortable. My consultant Mary chose a few samples that were perfect; she was supportive and honest, helpful and we had a blast together.\r I put this dress on and suddenly that breath-taking moment where, no matter how cliche, you just knew that it was it. Perfection with a flowing train. When I stepped out in this dress, even another wedding party went ""ahh"". \r Ladies, this shop is so unexpected, so different, such a value. If you are looking for something that is not typical but rather unique and able to take people breaths away at a fantastic price... look no further than European Bridal. I found my perfect wedding dress at European Bridal in Cincinnati. After visiting two stores, and trying on 50 or more dresses, our last stop was European Bridal. I had found favorite dresses at each store, but nothing that was ""the one.""\r \r My consultant Emily was patient, and brought me many dresses in the style I thought I wanted to try, and also pulled several other beautiful dresses in various styles. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to translate my vision of the wedding day into finding the perfect dress. \r \r Thanks to Emily and European Bridal for helping me find my beautiful wedding dress for the big day, and creating great memories that will last a lifetime! I was on a business trip from Atlanta and staying the week in Cincinnati. I had been recently engaged and in a tine crunch to find a dress. On a whim my friend and I decided to swing by European Bridal an hour before they closed. In no time we were trying on dresses and found the perfect one! \r The staff and especially my associate Shirley was more than gracious with her time and made my experience amazing! \r The Dress will be here in a few months, and I should be walking down the aisle in style!!!\r I woud HIGHLY recommend European Bridal...they are amazing!!!! more

I bought my dress from European Bridal and it was a great experience. I was nervous at first because the dresses I had liked on the rack were well out of my budget! I wanted to skip my appointment to avoid discouragement. But, JoAnn had taken a few dresses in budget back to try on and let me tell you, I've just about seen them all. I was being picky the first 3 days we went on a dress hunt. JoAnn made me feel beautiful in all of them and had me convinced that I loved all but one of them! I had really fallen in love with the second to last dress I put on, myself, my mom and sister were tearing up! And it had been my fastest appointment yet! It was a highly remarkable experience as compared to most other shops we had been! more

My day started off a little on the rough side. I had called and scheduled an appointment to shop for that perfect dress. However, when I showed up at the time of my appointment I was not on the books and had to walk out to the front of the store to show my bridal party, friends and family the dresses with other people watching. With that being said the service was wonderful and the consultant really listened to me and picked out 4 dresses that were exactly what I had described. And wouldn't you know it....the 1st dress I tried on was the dress I bought after trying on 3 more just to make sure. It was my very first time wedding dress shopping and we did it in record time. Only too 1.5 hours because the consultant was good at her job. more

It took me two visits to European Bridal to decide on the perfect dress for me. My consultant Claudia was awesome. She listened to what I had to say. She took her time helping me try on numerous gowns, then re-trying them on, and discussing each of them and how they fit/didn't fit into what I was looking for. Other consultants gave their opinions as well and their input was extremely valuable to me since my friend who was helping me decide was in New York so we had to communicate via photos and texting.\r No one ever made me feel rushed, nor were they pushy. They really wanted me to be sure that if I purchased a dress, the dress was the one that felt right to me. \r Before I arrived at European Bridal, I went to many bridal stores and started to become discouraged by the lack of quality and style in gowns in the other stores. Thus I am so grateful for European Bridal because they had the classiest, best quality (for the price) gowns of any place around.\r \r \r more

I love European Bridal! Anna took care of me, she's only a ""fill in"" but she was fabulous. I came from across the street where I'd put down $100 to ""hold a price"" on a dress that I thought was the one. Then Anna put me in a gorgeous lace Justin Alexander gown that blew me and my bridesmaids away. Anna even cried! It was everything I had said I wanted and everything I didn't think I would find in one dress. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this fabulous gown. It couldn't be more perfect for me. \r I didn't feel pressure from any of the staff. The atmosphere is classy but comfortable. I love the small intimate feel and the private dressing rooms. They make you feel special and individual, were some places take you into a room with ten other brides that you have to change in front of! It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone go to European Bridal FIRST, unlike I did. But at least I ended up there and will get the dress of my dreams. And seriously, Anna was amazing!\r more

European Bridal was Great! Without my consultant Mary I would have never been able to find the dress of my dreams. She got me to try on a dress I thought I would have and it was perfect for my theme by venue and my body. They are very helpful. I went to other places after European Bridal and I just kept comparing to the Justin Alexander I tried on. Other places around town will try to tell you that European Bridal is too high prices and not honest which almost made me think twice but I decided to stick with European Bridal and I don't regret it. The only question I have is that since you are the ONLY place in Cincinnati that sells Justin Alexander how come he doesn't list you as a certified dealer on his website????? more

I found and bought the perfect Justin Alexander dress from European Bridal! I tried on dresses last year and thought I had found ""the dress"". I starting looking again at dresses this year and I learned ""the dress"" was discontinued. I was heartbroken. But, Claudia (sales consultant) was confident that she could find me something I would love even more...and she did! Claudia made this experience worth while. She is the nicest and most helpful consultant I could have asked for. I also love European Bridal's payment plan. They only ask for 50% down at the time of purchase, which is amazing because a lot of other bridal stores want you to pay the full amount at the time of purchase. more

Just bought my dress at European Bridal! It's not what I originally was picturing, so I'm really grateful that Erin picked it out and had me try it on. Erin was truly great, very helpful and personal but best of all she was not pushy. I didn't feel pressured to buy the dress and she let me take my time deciding. Overall, I had a great experience there, (especially compared to other boutiques I visited)! more
