My first contact with this company was for an oil change. My oil minimum light came on earlier than I was expecting. They explained that Audis are expected to go through fuel, so it wasn't necessarily indicative of a leak or problem. However, until I could find time to come by and get an oil and filter change it would be a good idea to at least add some oil to avoid engine damage. They told me the right kind of oil to add. I said I preferred to wait while my oil change was done so I didn't have to arrange rides and they scheduled me in quickly. I arrived the day of my oil change and my car had just started showing signs of an electrical problem. Although I hadn't scheduled any time or transport to get that additional work looked at that day they were still able to come out and assess my car. They said it was most definitely some kind of electrical or alarm problem and recommended I schedule an appointment so their Audi tech could diagnose it more fully. I got my oil changed in the time they estimated and was on my way for that day. \r
I called back on Monday to schedule an appointment to assess the electrical problem because I hadn't figured out solutions over the weekend and Julie kindly informed me her scheduling system had gone down for a moment. She took my information and notes about what I needed and told me she'd call me back as soon as she could schedule me. As promised, she called me back shortly thereafter and got me in the very next day! She helped me get a courtesy car to drive while they looked at my electrical problem so I could get to work. When I dropped off my car I met with a manager to talk about the ""symptoms."" We made a plan that since finding the nature of electrical problems can be really timely (and thus costly) that he would call and check in with an update after an hour or so in order to avoid charging me too much depending on the nature/difficulty of the problem. I was very pleased with this offer, very considerate. As promised, I received a phone call later that day with the nature of the problem and discussed all options for moving forward to fix it. I was able to pick up my car by the end of the business day, the price was reasonable, I had all the answers about the nature of my problem, and my car had been cleaned inside and out! \r
I have been incredibly satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of this auto shop. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Euro Motorworks!
