Euro Design recently updated my master bathroom. From the beginning of the project, Yossie and Raul respected and worked within the budget I established. Raul helped me choose fixtures and tiles that would complement the look I wanted to achieve and fit within my budget. I was happy to see the project started off at a fast pace, with demo and tile work completed within a week. Most of the rest of the bathroom was put together pretty quickly, including cabinetry and painting. I could tell that the completion of my bathroom project was a priority for them, until it was time to finish up the details of the project. Once I paid them a majority of the remaining balance, it seemed that finishing the details of my bathroom was not a priority for them anymore. I understand they had other jobs to work on, but having a complete bathroom is important. It took two months after the completion of the project to get the vanity mirrors installed. In the end, I recommend Euro Design because of their ability to work within a budget and their fast pace, but I suggest securing all final details of a project before they move on to their next job. more

Euro Design just completed two offices, luxury laundry room / staff lounge and Classic Auto Showroom for us and everything looks stunning. This project was very custom and highly irregular to most cabinetry projects. The bar was set very high and exceeded. As well, the owner and his staff were readily available at all times for our daily changes and modifications (even when most contractors would have walked off the job). It was great doing business with a ""family owned business"" that made us their number one priority. We will be long time customers. Thanks Euro Design. more

Euro Design is a great source for contractors and designers like myself. These guys are the best! I sub out all of my installation work including Tile, Cabinets and Plumbing through them. I just finished a project that should have taken about a month in just two weeks with them. These guys are fast and efficient and they always have the latest materials. I went into Euro Design three weeks ago. I'm renovating my bathrooms, staring on my master bathroom. I had no idea what I wanted. Yossie and Raul were an amazing help. Great characters, with great advice. Helped me design the entire layout. Three weeks later, my bathroom is more than I ever expected. They provided design and installation! we try to be very competative which we are always. to respond to the customer with the cabinet hardware she originally wanted over 75 pieces which qualifies her for box discount than she came in asking for only 6 pieces which changed her discount, she was offended and created a big issue. she should have been honost at first and really said how many she needed. then she kept calling wanting to speak to yossie to complain why i quoted the way i did and i took a message for him as he deals with builders and developers! we are sorry if she felt neglected. more

You do NOT want to use this guy. He did a job for me and I cannot tell you how many problems we had. By the end I wanted him so far out of my life that I couldn't wait til he left. His work is substandard, he lies to your face, he charged much more than his quote and whined at the end that he didn't make any money. He didn't pull the right permits and refused to attend the final inspection because he said ""I've already invested too much time in your job."" He then told me ""It's all about the money."" Within 3 months the sink didn't drain correctly. If you use this obnoxious a-hole, you'll regret it. Call me - 323-683-8747 - if you want more info. Seriously - DO NOT USE!!! I had originally dealt with a sales person there named Yossie who was one of the most knowledgeable sales persons I had ever met. Yossie however handles commercial accounts so he handed my sale over to his assistant. After going over my order Euro Design was able to save me a little over $1000 dollars and that was just on my plumbing fixtures. My second time in the store I dealt with Raul. He has got to be the most honest sales person I have ever met. Besides a few rude and inpatient customers interrupting us I had a great experience at Euro Design. Pros: Great selection, Great sales team & fast turn around. Cons: Work best by appointments. more

First time in...not even a nod that we existed so we left. Second time...we said lets try again - they have a good selection. Got a good great sales pitch with promises that they had best prices around. OK... went back by myself...chose the style handles I wanted (by myself)...waited patiently while Raul finished with client... got pricing and assurance he would email firm quote next day. Never got an email despite 3 calls and emails asking... could never get thru on phone- only answer machine. (Message is misleading...only a one guy operation...leads you to believe there are other people there to help...there isn't) Finally got thru to a different person 4 days later that quoted me extremely different prices. I asked how could they be so different...all he said was ""I don't know..."" Went in to see Raul myself and ask what the deal was...only got vague answers...couldn't even look me in the eye or apoligize for not getting back. Got argumentative and asked what I didn't understand. Excuse me? Maybe our ""total"" of only several hundred dollars wasn't enough to get any service. Their final pricing was higher than ANYONE around. Snyder Diamond beat them.... Stay away unless you just want to be frustrated or have a jillion dollars to get their attention. Will shop them for styles and model numbers (without their assistance) then take my business elsewhere. (Actually then went across the street to Contempo Tile and got great service and great prices on tile there).. Said what we needed to hear to get us back...and then couldn't follow thru with even a courteous return call saying they had mis-quoted. They also said they liked having an appt to set aside time...well...how can you make an appt when they don't answer their phones or return the messages they received??? THIS PLACE SALES JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! DOORS, DOOR HARDWARE, SHOWER DOORS, WOOD FLOORING, TILE, STONE, CUSTOM CABINETS, PRE-FABRICATED VANITIES, FIXTURES... EVERYTHING!!! AND THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION THAT CAN FIT ANY BUDGET. THE SALES STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND THE OWNER IS A BUILDING GURU! I HAD A SPECIFIC TILE I WANTED AND WAS GOING TO WAIT 4 WEEKS FOR BECAUSE IT WAS BACK ORDERED, THESE GUYS FOUND ME THE SAME EXACT SAME LOOK AT HALF THE PRICE. i actually read a review on this company and i became curious so i stoped by their showroom with negative expectation and to be truly honost i clicked with the owners fast pace new york attitude straight foward , blunt, and honost. he really assisted me both in fixtures and flooring ; not mentioning their wonderfull refferral on a contractor named asher louk construction. they made my life easy and i remodeled 4 bathrooms and a kitchen in 2 weeks. i must say i first read a negative review on euro design and i stoped by too see it myself and my experience was 180 degrees opposite than my preliminary expectations. i highly recommend euro design and the staff more

i shopped my prices to death due to my husbands budget, i got the best prices and service from them i even shopped the internet for pricing didnt come close to euro design, they are very pleasant to work w/ and i must say my contractor was also impressed by their knowledge in plumbing, flooring and cabinetry. i highly recommend euro design !! more

Stay away from this place. The owner is completely unprofessional. We bought a lot of merchandise from him and once the invoices are paid there is no follow on support. He treats everyone including his customers really badly. Spend 15 mins in his store and you will most likely witness him yelling profanities at someone. more
