Twice Esteem Dry Cleaners has lost our dry cleaning. The first time we got it back six weeks later after it was sent home with the wrong customer. I regret ever going back because this time they lost two of my husbands business suits and a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts. We were told by the lady working at the store to wait six weeks to see if the lost dry cleaning shows up. We did. It didn't show up so we were told to submit receipts for the suits (around $900.00 worth). It is now end of May and we have been fighting to be reimbursed since February. We have left six messages for the owner Nurdin Kurji to call us to let us know how this is going to be resolved and he won't return or take our calls I doubt we will ever get reimbursed and my husband is out two new suits and $900. The owner owns several dry cleaners in town by the name of Tender Touch. Be warned....if they lose your laundry you willt never be reimbursed. Turns out the employees that work for Mr. Kurji admitted that he never pays for lost items. My advice is to take your dry cleaning somewhere else. We did!
