I stumped every employee at the chain garden centers with a question about why my rosemary wasn't thriving despite perfect soil, lighting, water, etc. On my way home from the final, frustrating conversation with the high school students at Lowes Garden Center, I decided to stop in Espositos and give it a whirl. The first person I talked to admitted she didn't know anything about herb gardening, but walked me over to the on-site expert (I'm used to the pointing and "that guy can help you"). Within 10 minutes I had the answer to my question (it wasn't true rosemary at all, but a hybrid) and a course of action. He even gave me some clippings from a true rosemary plant to try to root at home (free of charge). Espositos reminds me what true customer service is all about....and they've won my future business.
