Let me start off by saying that the spa itself is very nice, clean, and inviting. The staff on the other hand is not. Whenever I have patronized the spa which is not often, mostly when I am unable to get to my regularly attended location, I am always uncomfortable. There is an older gentleman who provides hair care that is very uninviting. He chews his gum and stares; he never speaks, and is a very bad over all first impression for anyone coming to spend their money. The receptionist (s) yes I am saying it as in plural, are not very welcoming either, they whisper to other staff members as you are sitting there. The service itself was great but the customer service sucks. I think I am completely done. If they haven?t noticed that there lack of patronage may be due to their poor customer service, someone should get a clue.
