My son has seen her a few times. She is more expensive than other therapists with similar experience. I found it difficult to get information from her for insurance reimbursement, she was not very helpful or cooperative. To make matters more confusing, she gave different insurance information over the phone than what was in the patient/provider agreement she gave us. Recently, the next appointment was to be on Presidents day (a holiday that is observed by some businesses but not all). She said to my son ""see you next Monday"" (Presidents day), but when he showed up (he had to take time off work to do so and lose 2 hours pay), she was not there. She did not call to notify. He called her and left a message. She called the next day, apologized for forgetting and offered the next session free of charge. More updates later . . .
