I was so happy when I found this little cafe right around the corner from my place. But each time I went there, I felt the service got worse and worse. Almost like they knew that I was a regular and now did not have to work as hard to help me. And, yes, no lines. But, the last time I was there to eat, it took them 30 MINUTES to make my bagel with cheese! Seriously! I was with my son, so finally just had to tell the lady to make it To Go. They were just talking and laughing behind the counter. So, bottom line, coffee is good, sitting on couches is nice, but their service is definitely hit or miss.
