Online advertised a Dodge Magnum for 107 for a two day weekend. I called to confirm they would pick us up at Amtrak and we could leave the car at the airport. He said yes, plus they are open weekends, but the car would be a Charger for the same price. Well we got there and were advised they had only one car, a P T Cruiser, which they continue to say is the same size as a Charger. Oh, they are not open weekends, and their is no drop box at the airport. This occurred in Bakersfield. But cooperate says Fresno is the head office for Bakersfield. We have waited for 30 days and had no contact from them. Our flight left early in the am so we returned the car at 4:30 am. than took a cab to the airport (kinda defeated the reason for getting a rental car) costing us $24. I checked afterwards and the website still said they served the airport, and the lady on the phone at their reservation system still confirmed thay have a drop box at the airport. Also that they save the type car we reserve. Yea Right!
Pros: Great Service in Oregon. A Charger for two day weekend at $80.
Cons: Smaller car by far, did not save Charger, not open weekends, don't serve airport, needed to rent taxi for $24.
