Never rent a car from Enterprise 11/13/2009

My husband had to rent a car while his car was being worked on. Enterprise told him that they would bring him a vehicle at the Advance Collision when he dropped off his for repair. To begin with, the Enterprise agent was late. The car that he was given was missing parts. One being the rear hub caps. Hello!!! Who gives a person a car with no rear hub caps. On top of that there were dents and scratches. When my husband called back to say that he wanted a different vehicle, for some reason all the vehicles in Chattanooga and Dalton were all being used. How ironic? The point of the story do not use Enterprise for rental car service. Pros: None Cons: Horrible service and horrible cars more

I would never recommend this Enterprise to anyone. 11/13/2009

I backed into my son-in-law's car. My insurance company sent him to Enterprise for a car rental while they were fixing his car. After waiting an hour on someone from Enterprise to bring me the car, when he shows up, the hub caps were missing on the rear. There were scratches and dents everywhere. My insurance company recommended we go to Dalton and get a different rental car. Each Enterprise we called said the same thing. "All our cars have been rented out". Can you believe this? A rental car place that has no rental cars in Chattanooga or Dalton!!! I had to give them one star, but Enterprise is not worth the one star. Pros: None Cons: They gave me a car that had no rear hub caps!! more
