Randy and team went way beyond my expectations to get my vehicle on the road and fixed right. 5/21/2011

I was working with a diminished budget and Randy explored all options with me and found a way to repair my vehicle that I could afford. The other shop had condemed the motor and would not even consider a repair option. These guys know their stuff....are highly ethical....and seem to really care about the customer. I will NEVER go anywhere else. more

Great place and friendly people, would def go to them over anyone else 4/29/2011

Took my car to the to have engine work done on it and the also went ahead and check on a few other problems I was also having on my car. They are a great shop to have in this world of crooked mechanics. I tried to be fair with my evaluation but they went above ad beyond what they had to do so it was a must 5 stars all the way! more

Your The Man Randy... 4/23/2011

I had my vehicle at another shop in Tyler and my down time was incredulously unacceptable. Bottomline my vehicle was never finished, fixed and in fact operated worst. I took my truck to Randy at Engines Express. Randy fixed it and corrected malfunctions created by the other mechanic shop that my vehicle did not initially have. Engines Express consistently exceeds expectations. They treat their customers with respect and consideration and are always fair in their work and repairs. We travel out of our way (and have done for years) in order to enjoy the benefit of their services. Keep up the great work! more

Ahhh.....someone we can trust!! 3/23/2011

We've been going to Engines Express as long as we've been in Tyler. Robby and Randy had us hooked from the SECOND visit......when they called us by name and we had only been there once before! We have experienced great workmanship, no matter what the car problem, each time we go. There have never been any surprises - they always let us know what is going on. Well, I take that back: we were surprised the time we went in for a check-up before a roadtrip and they fixed something for us and then just waved and wished us a great trip - no charge for the work!! We are so impressed with these men and the group they have working for them. We won't go anywhere else!! more

Fantastic! 1/17/2011

I came in to Engines Express upon a recommendation from my girlfriend's father, Dale Rector. He as well as his father, Ray Rector, have been using Engines Express on Grande Blvd. for years. I brought my Hyundai Elantra which was having radiator problems. Not only did the guys replace the radiator (completely), but they also filled up all the fluids and managed to get things done in a 24 hour period. And I have to admit, the price was beyond fair for all they did. I would've expected to pay twice the amount I did for the service! Everybody was fantastic, super-nice, and wonderful to me. You can bet, I will be taking my car there from now on in the future! more

Superb, friendly, courteous, helped relieve stress completely met our needs! 12/23/2010

Our grandson was visiting and had to get home 165 miles away the next morning to go to work. His car was having electrical problems and based on the recommendation of a local friend, we managed to get the car to Engines Express, plus we had met Randy earlier in the year since he is one of our new neighbors. Anyway, we just showed up and the Engines Express were superb in every possible way, even before they found out that we were a neighbor. They accepted the car and called us later in the day having accurately diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had my grandson on his way in a most impressive timeframe, and at a cost that was much less than we would have anticipated at most other locations. This was genuinely a fantastic experience and very much appreciated. Thanks Randy and same to your team. Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas! more

I would like to say that I am very impressed with the service I received on my first visit. The phone call was very warm and a caring voice on the other end. The lady at the front desk was so very nice. I will tell others and I already have. I am impressed that this business is willing to help you out right off the bat. So Great.
