It is with great disappointment that I write this letter to inform you of the terrible experience I had at Endicott Nissan. As a gift my husband had taken my car to get it serviced for brakes, tire rotation and oil change. I had specified to him that if he was going to do this to take it to an actual Nissan repair shop to ensure that the job was done right and scam free as this has been our experience with smaller locations in the past. Well, I was wrong! To my dismay I got exactly what I was trying to avoid. Though the tires were rotated, oil changed and breaks repaired there was now something broken that was working perfectly fine prior to the car being taken to Endicott NIssan. My radio was now broken. Despite the fact that radio turns on and you can visually see the stations change on the dashboard screen the volume doesn't go up, there is no sound. As soon as my husband notice this he made it a point to return to Endicott Nissan the next day to inform them of the issue. I was not even upset when I found out about this unfortunate news, I figured it was an honest mistake and they will just fix it. Unfortunately, when my husband return to speak with Dennis Namor (Service Manager) about the matter Dennis reply was that what had been worked on in the car had nothing to do with the radio and that therefore they were not responsible for whatever issue is going on with my car. As if that was not enough of an offense he had the audacity to recommended to have the car checked for the price of $75. Now if my radio was working prior to its visit to Endicott Nissan it is of much interest the ""coincidence"" that right after picking up my car from there service it stopped working. Could it be that maybe since these men were working under the hood of my car and raising my car on a lift that they would have accidently touched, loosen, or even break something causing the radio to stop working properly? This I am certain of. I have gone ahead and done my research and spoken to other mechanics as well to see if it is possible that such a thing could have happened while getting my car serviced for the above mentioned things and the possibilities are endless. I contacted the General Manager of Endicott Nissan Delroy Small and he said he would try to resolve the issue and give me a call back. Delroy never returned my phone call and instead had Dennis call me back only to give me no solution all while he yelled at me because he was upset that I had contacted his General Manager. At this point I am seriously outraged by the behavior of the management team at Endicott Nissan, they are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and I will do everything I possibly can to ensure that no one ever takes there car to be serviced at there location. These are scammers and have no consideration for there customers. We set out to get a job done right paying more than it would cost in many other places only to end up getting scammed.
