I was a late walk in appointment and the hair dresser was nice, but she barely cut anything off, made the back seriously choppy and not blended to where you can see lines, one side is longer than the other, and i can still pull it back to a little nub, which is not what I asked for. That being said, she cut off so little that it's thankfully still fixable. \r
So I called the very next day and asked the receptionist if the manager or owner was in. She said no, and she won't be in till saturday and hung up on me. I called back and got the answering machine. So I called a third time and she picked up. I told her that she hung up on me and I didn't appreciate it at all, but she did apologize sincerely and told me that she thought i was another person who keeps calling there, which was extremely rude of her! But she finally listened when i told her that I wanted to get my hair fixed by another stylist. However, she told me basically if I was to get it fixed by another stylist they may charge me ANOTHER 30 dollars, rather than if I book another appointment with the same girl who made the mistake in the first place, cause she could ""cut me a break and might not charge me a second time"", and I was like why would I want to have my hair cut by the same person who messed it up?\r
I am a retired stylist, and I have done booth rental before. The owner is STILL responsible for the stylists they take on and they shouldn't even suggest that you should have to pay twice to get a bad cut fixed or have to wait a week for the owner to possibly get back to you and work out something. I'd much rather save myself the embarrassment and get it fixed tonight. This is the second time i've been here, and the first time I got a decent cut for 25 dollars. This time it's honestly the worst service I have ever gotten in a salon, and I won't be going back.
