As is the case with most Asian restaurants that serve more than one culture's food, En Lai misses on nearly everything. Chinese noodles were sent separate from the sauce, which was more like soup. Very large pieces of vegetables, little in the way of protein. Shrimp with lobster sauce had the same problem...sauce was more like soup. Gyoza, shu mai OK, nothing special. Vietnamese spring rolls were good (according to my wife). Hot and sour soup also mediocre; large chunks of almost spoiled mushrooms, but no pork in the broth. Would not ever order from here again.
